2′-3′ with some bigger sets

Surfed from 8:15 until 10:45, or basically until the arms just didn’t want to work anymore….

Water was cold and ended up with some mad stump feet, guess it’s time for some new booties and a wetsuit… seem on wetsuit also gave out so it’s time for a new suite as well.

Update: six hours later and my knees a black and blue… guess I should get in the water more than every six months…

I think the twist were the worst of the 5 exercises… need to work on putting them in a better order as to not have three in a row that are higher cardio.

Today was better than yesterday as far as getting winded and making it through all 5 sets.
